San Francisco – Patrick Charley has joined Deltaway Energy International, Inc. as the company’s business development manager for large projects in Europe, Asia and South America. Charley comes to the California-based waste-to-energy (WTE) facilities design and management firm following a 28-year career with Veolia ES. With Veolia, he held extended project management and general management positions in Portugal and Brazil, following many years overseeing operations and maintenance and financial and commercial affairs at multiple WTE plants.
