Netviewer

Netviewer Meet is the most amazingly simple way of communicating over distance. Just a few clicks of the mouse is all it takes to initiate or participate in an online meeting and to interactively work together on documents - without prior installation or registration.

Follow the steps below to join an online meeting with Deltaway:

  1. Go to the Netviewer web site to join a session: http://www.netviewer.net/joinsession/
  2. Enter the "Session number" we will provide to you before the meeting.
  3. Enter your name or initials into the "Your name" field.
  4. Click "Join session"
  5. You will be prompted to either run, or save a Netviewer file.
    1. If prompted to run the file, click "run" or "ok" and the Netviewer session will open up automatically.
    2. If prompted to save the file, save it to your desktop and then run it from there.
  6. If you saved the Netviewer file to the desktop, you can delete it after the meeting has ended by "Right-clicking" on it and selecting, "delete"
